When the service is provided

The shoot takes place on the date agreed in conversation. We confirm the delivery date for the data and the finished work individually.There is no automatic or calendar booking. Everything is confirmed by conversation after you get in touch.

Cancellation and changes

48 hours after the deposit is received, the booking is confirmed and the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations for personal reasons are subject to a fee based on the quotation. 31–40 days before 20% · 16–30 days 30% · 8–15 days 60% · 7 days to the day itself 100% For typhoons and similar situations, a full refund or a postponement within 6 months is possible.Covers when a cancellation fee applies and at what rate, whether a date can be moved, and what happens in bad weather.

Refunds

Because this is a service, we do not as a rule refund after the shoot has taken place or the work has been delivered. Any refund of money already received on cancellation follows the cancellation terms above.
